December 7, 2012 - Extended Abstract Proposal due:
Extended Abstracts may be submitted with the intention of presentation only, or presentation plus CAD&A journal publication. Follow the Paper Submission link on the left for detailed instructions.

January 7, 2013 - Extended Abstract Decision:
Authors will be notified that their Extended Abstract has been: i) accepted for presentation plus full journal paper invitation; ii) accepted for presentation only; iii) declined.
February 4, 2013 - invited Journal Manuscript due:
Authors invited to submit full journal manuscripts in PDF format converted from the Microsoft Word template available at the Paper Submission link on the left.
March 11, 2013 - Journal Manuscript Decisions:
Authors of journal manuscripts will be notified of the Peer Reviewer Comments and Paper Committee decision.
April 12, 2013 - Registration and Visa Assistance / Letter of Invitation Requests:
At least one author per accepted submission must register and pay the appropriate conference attendance fee. Immigration visa assistance and Letters of Invitation cannot be provided after this date.
April 26, 2013 - Revised Submissions:
In order to check fonts, collate, and prepare the conference program and USB memory keys, submissions received after this date will not be processed onto the USB Proceedings Key / Final Program / Journal. Presentation computers will be provided on-site, and authors wishing to make last minute updates of their presentations may do so at the conference - however these changes will not be disseminated.

The conference will be held in Lombardy, ITALY
